    Some great losses the last few days. Great job all.

    @Gidgitgoescrzy I too had a snacky night where I just wanted to eat it all and I did. Today I got in some time outside and finished up an assignment that makes me feel better about today and moving forward. Not letting a set back keep me from doing the next right thing.

    The weekend is close by, anyone have plans? I'll be getting some final garden clean up done.

    Nice, slow day at work today. Got to straighten up my office a bit and walked on lunch. Then I hit up the gym and did 3.5 miles on the elliptical.

    I don't have any plans this weekend, other than my normal workouts. Kind of excited for a low key weekend. Plus it's supposed to warm up a bit! 🌞

    Thanks for all the sweet comments on our pics! We truly had the best time.

    @MaddawgMadsen have a good visit with your in-laws! No matter how well we get along with extended family, it's always a bit stressful having your routine disrupted, so I completely understand!

    @cleaneater80 This weekend we have a ton of plans! Tomorrow is Brad and I's fifth year wedding anniversary. So, tonight we are going out with friends on a double date, tomorrow we are going to Banff and then attending the Rocky Mountain Food and Wine Festival in downtown Calgary, and Sunday we'll watch football and then we have a comedy show that night (Sebastian Maniscalco for anyone who's seen his comedy specials on Netflix).

    JAM PACKED!

    Brad leaves for a short work trip Monday morning, so we will gladly enjoy all the time together.

    Not a good week. Halloween candy is flowing into the office. Sweets are my weakness! I need to stay strong through the holidays. Hopefully next week will be better. This is my favorite time of the year. I love seeing all the leaves changing colors. Hope everyone has a great weekend.

    @janiss123 that's the hardest part for the holiday season for me. I told myself I can have candy on halloween and it worked last year and so far this year. That however, did not work for me last Christmas and I ate horribly for a solid 5 days.

    I did some Just Dance songs on the xbox one tonight! It is starting to get dark earlier, so if I don't want to go to the gym, I need to get creative.

    It is supposed to be beautiful this weekend! Looking forward to getting outside and fresh air! 🌞

    quick check in. I was so lazy last Monday, I had 1 workout to catch up on for my challenge that I got done today. Glad I worked it in, on top of a pretty long walk - where I didn't feel as much pain/tightness in my foot as usual! Is PT working ??!?!

    Looking forward to meal prep and football tomorrow, and possibly a bike ride now that I have my bike here in Boston.

    hm... is there a prize for moving further and further from your goal? I would have that one on lock. :D

    Not off to a great start for meals this week, as today has been pretty random eating. Going to take my bike ride now before I get caught up in the next set of football games. Definitely going to get a nice stretch/yoga session in today, my glutes and thighs are feeling my workouts from last week.

    Fall colors are finally in full swing in my neighborhood, and the trees right outside my windows look so pretty.

    Oh no @Kali225! What can you do to change this week around?

    Hubby and I watched Halloween tonight and last night we watched Quarantine 2. Have I said that I hate scary movies, but hubby loves them?!

    I woke up with a migraine this morning. I got my headache wrap and took a 2 hour nap. Luckily it went away and I got outside and did some yardwork, then went for a stroll this evening to get my steps.

    This week will be challenging for dinners, so I need to eat light during the day. I have 2 work dinners, which is 3 courses of delicious appetizers, salad, steak, and dessert. I usually bring half home to hubby.

    ugh migraines are the worst!! @lauren_989 hope you're feeling better now.

    Well, I got some meal prep done after my bike ride (note to self, riding a bike is not the active recovery activity to choose after a glute-focused lower body workout..... WOOF), so that's going to help my week get off to a better start tomorrow for sure. I've got lots of chicken cutlets ready to warm up with red sauce and some low fat mozzarella for chicken parm. Cut up a bunch of fruit. Planning to do roasted broccoli as my veggie this week, which is one of my favorites but I have been favoring summer and fall veggies the last few months so it's been a while.

    I just watched the workout video I will do tomorrow morning so I know what to expect. The booty is gonna be burning, that's for sure!!

    Happy Monday, I had a good weekend, it was of course not long enough. We went to visit friends in Delaware, it was fun. We did karaoke which I NEVER DO, so obviously I drank too much.

    I am not doing any better at staying off social media or exercising, so I really need to start working on that.

    I bought chicken to make this week, I didn't make it yesterday, so I will make it tonight, I am going to make blackened chicken and have it with a salad, and homemade ranch dressing. I am shooting for a perfect day today.

    Tonight is going to be a late night as we are the Monday night game this week, I am usually in bed by 9pm, so late football games are tough for me, but I will manage.

    Things are a bit busy still taking care of my mom and my family gets a little exhausting plus I babysit my granddaughter... I think I'm getting into a bit of a Groove and then something always happens ...this week its work ...its overwhelming.

    Not a lot of scale movement this week, but proud of myself for doing my whole week of workouts last week with eight-pound weights. 10 pounders are right around the corner!

    I did not do well with food choices last week. I had a birthday recently and my sister bought me a birthday cake. No one was around to help me eat it and I feel guilty when she spends money on me. I ended up eating the whole cake by myself. It bothers me a little because my sister in law tries to eat gluten free. Everyone goes out of their way to prepare food she can eat, but then buy sweets for me when they know I want to loose some weight. I know they are being nice. I am still doing well with my meal planning. Hopefully the scale will start going down again. Hope you all have a nice week.

    Well yesterday was a perfect day, I ate well, exercised, didn't snack and the Ravens won.

    Today will be a good day, except I forgot the chicken part of my lunch, I remembered the salad, and dressing, but forgot the chicken, not sure how that happened, but I am going to blame it on lack of sleep. Husband has a drs appt this morning, so I'm hoping he will be kind enough to bring me it when he does that, since he will be kinda close.
