I’m just catching up with previous posts after returning from my business trip. I’m sorry to see so many people feeling sick. I hope you get better soon — @sunshinezombiegirl1, @izzyred9400, @DaffyGirl88, @jessicakrall8, and anyone else who is not feeling well.
It took a little over 24 hours to travel back from Guam. Our connection from Guam to Hawaii was fine, and we made it through the customs and immigration process without any problems, but then our flight was delayed because they had to switch our aircraft. We had to hurry through the airport in Texas to make our final connection back to Virginia. 😅 Our luggage didn’t make it on to our plane so they delivered it to me later in the evening. It was about midnight when I got my suitcase back, finally putting an end to the long trip. Usually, I like to unpack right away but I’m tired today so I doubt that I’ll get to the laundry tonight. We’ll see —2 -

Thanks @CasandraW & @PatriceFitnessPal I am getting there slowly.I never usually get headaches but I've had one last 3 days.Sorry if there's a few on the team feeling under the weather.I guess it's the time of year for bugs.Roll on Spring.I haven't been to the gym or Dance fit for nearly 2 weeks.Ive just been too tired & my chest is still bad.
I have been for a few walks outside so not too slovenly.

This upcoming weekend is the start of the Iditarod, they are having to use alternative routes because of low snow in some areas.
Recently came across a new to me word while reading:
Apricity- The warmth of the sun in winter
It made me think of the some of the pictures @Pupowl has posted of Tinus

Where people try to guess when the Tanana River ice break up at Nenana will happen. They set up a camera so everyone can keep an eye on it. Yep we not only watch ice melt, we bet on it 🤣

@p8m6bwghh9 Aw, that word does fit Tinus! The weather has warmed up here a lot and now he is back to wanting to go outside all the time again. Yesterday he got 6 walks and he always manages to find a spot in the sun to sit in.
My neighbours recently got a few bunnies and they put the (too small) cage in the grass in the front yard. I thought Tinus would be mean to them, but he just likes to watch them. When they get too close and almost boop noses, he gets scared and runs away.Such a silly potato.

I am really, really sick this week (I was last week as well, but it got worse). Doctor has me going to check on Covid and the flu tomorrow. With permission, I'm going to skip weigh in Sunday. I'm currently in an endless cycle of crawling out of bed, taking medicine, shoving something easy in my face, and crawling back into bed.7

Hello Shape Shifters! I’m trying to focus extra attention on my health and nutrition because I’ve been feeling a lot of stress. I’m disturbed by the negative ways people are treating one another these days, but it also reminds me how fortunate I am to live in a community where people support one another.

I’m returning from the support team in March. So, I’m sharing my starting weight in preparation for next week’s weigh-in report:

I was on the support team for a little over three months and gained about six pounds because I was away from my routine, but I’m slowly getting back to a regular schedule. My eating has been better. I have a session with a personal trainer today, and played soccer on Tuesday. I have another training session on Saturday and soccer again on Sunday. Rowing season starts soon, too. It feels good to be back on track!2 -
