Yes, I have used both Nori and Mustard Greens in the past but I never see mustard greens now? Maybe my organic vegetable supplier could find some, but I doubt Colin would eat them. The only green veges he regularly likes are Bok Choy with sesame oil. Fish sauce and Oyster sauce, and must green peas cooked with baking soda and vinegar! Lol!

    N - Nashi pears

Thanks for sharing Susan, you mentioned Colin likes Bok Choy one of my favorites in the stir-fries I made.

    My kids liked it also.

Yes I had mustard greens when I was in college in Kentucky. The South states do love their greens. I have not had them since that time.

X - Xoconostle - is a type of prickly pear cactus fruit native to Mexico. Unlike its sweeter cousin, the tunas, xoconostle boasts a tart, tangy flavor that makes it a unique addition to various dishes. This fruit is not just a culinary delight but also a nutritional powerhouse. Rich in fiber, antioxidants, and vitamin C, xoconostle offers numerous health benefits. It's often used in traditional Mexican cuisine to add a zesty kick to salsas, soups, and even beverages. (Wikapedia)
