So happy to be on the other side of the 170.
Instead of eating out of boredom, I draw, make progress on a quilt, clean or exercise. I have a list of chores that I can work on when I am bored. I also prepare snacks I can eat when I am eating out of boredom that satisfy the need to crunch, like carrots and corn on the cob. This way, I can fill my mouth and stomach and still get some nutrition while I am at it.

@ShockinglyFit Nice loss! Great advice on what you do instead of eating out of boredom. I also like to eat veggies (snap peas are a go to for me) and I freeze grapes, nice little sweet snack!

@HorsesRock9999 I do similar with frozen blueberries. If you add it to yogurt, it makes it like frozen yogurt!

- Taking a moment each day and reflecting on the positives of my health journey! I am being kinder to myself with self affirmations than negative self-talk!
One thing working on this week:
- Sleep / I have been staying up a little too late at night. I am usually on a good sleep schedule, but this week I haven’t stuck to my normal bedtime routine and I am not as energetic! Tonight! 💤 😴 💤

One Positive:
Normally setbacks would destroy me, and I would just keep gaining and gaining. But after my weight gain from taking antibiotics, I got right back at it this time and have lost that weight and am moving on.One Thing Working on This Week:
I keep wanting to eat just to eat, not really because I'm hungry, which is just going to add calories I don't need. I am focusing on being aware of what I am eating, and why I am eating it!4 -

At least I kept off one of the two pounds I got rid of last week. I honestly don’t know what I can do any better. I think exercising is keeping the scale from moving down but I feel smaller & better.
