I am green with envy...for all your sore muscles...:noway:
if my ex...checks in early to care for my son in the hospital....I will be able to catch some sleep and shred some fat tomorrow.0 -
OK...Day 1 Level 1 yesterday and my calves and upper arms are killing me. Sounds like this is norma; but how do I get loose enough to do Day 2?? Yikes!!
From past experience days 2 and 3 are the absolute hardest, you may have to modify, but it gets better from there.0 -

Level 1 Day 3 - Seems to be going well; I was able to do the butt kicks properly today. Now if I could only do better on the pushups...0

D2 L1 finish, still having trouble with the arm lifts, my shoulders give out with 10 seconds to go. But i did push through the push ups.

L1D2...how cow, I'm sore today! Normally I go for a walk after cardio to cool down, but I had to start with my walk today to try and loosen my muscles up. I did better on the cardio today...needed a little break during the last abs and of push ups.
Can't wait to see some real progress in these areas! Have a great day!!0 -

Day 2 of Level One (Day 1 on 11/30, strength training at gym yesterday). Oh, today was much harder to me--my muscles were so sore! I don't know if I should rest tomorrow or not! Am I going to improve if I can't keep up but keep plowing ahead?0

So I am a day late in starting the challenge, but I have a question, how are you all inputting your exercise? I didn't find it in the search so I'm thinking i will enter it manually. However it asks for how many calories burned and i have no idea! What are you guys all doing? When you enter it manually what do you put? Or do you enter it under another description, like circuit training?0

I do it as circuit training but I fixed it to say 30 day shred.0 -
