    Did other exercises this weekend because I forgot my dvd. Today is L1D2 for me.

    I think I'm getting to do push ups better! L1D3

    L3D4; i get bored with the same routine over and over so i changed it up! :smile:

    Forgot to log yesterdays L3D5. Today it's L3D6.

    Sorry I'm off schedule :/ Finals for school are taking up a lot of my time!

    Day 2, Level 1 complete! I'm so loving this actually! Sore muscles and all!

    Day 3, Level 1 complete! Wasn't sure I'd make it today. Had a long, tiring, but very fun day with my son. I essentionally did 3 hours of walking with him for the Christmas Stroll in our town. Was much fun and much worth it. I didn't eat so well (well, there was free candy cane samples and clam chowder and hot chocolate and we went to our favorite candy store, couldn't be helped, it was a spoiling day, lol) but at least I'm making up for it now, lol


    Day 4, level 1 complete. Almost no modifications except push ups and sometimes on all the lunges, but for at least half of them, I can do full lunges.

    Day 5, Level 1: First set of push ups, I did almost all as full push ups. Lunges were still painful. But I was doing full lunges on most of the front ones and some side lunges. Getting there slowly

    Day 6, Level 1 done on December 6
    Day 7, level 1 done today
    took yesterday off for being sick. How's everyone doing?

    Day 8, level 1 done Friday,
    Saturday was a rest day because I donated blood
    Day 9, level 1 yesterday.
    Today will be level 10 and last day for level 1.

    I havent been able to log in due to a tragdy in my family. So will be a few days behind everyone but gonna try to overcome my sadness and kick it in gear.

    Rest day today - starting level 2 tomorrow.

    Ok, I was going to start level 2 today, but I had kids up all night and could not drag my butt out of bed this morning. If I get a chance, I'll do it this afternoon, but I'll probably just get back on track tomorrow.

    I did Day 1,2,3 of 30DS and walked 4 miles yesterday. Sore as all get-out and knees hurting. Diet is about the same but biggest problem is that scales were UP 3 lbs. this morning! What gives?????

    I will do Day 4 and 5 today to get caught up with the group!!

    Lost 1/2 inch in waist and hips but weight not changing.:-( And can't get strong cardio with blown knee!

    Rest Day due to knee. Looking for an alternate video until it's better. Any suggestions are much appreciated! Lost 1/2 lb.!!!!

    Still can't put pressure on knee. Did some minor ab work and downloaded JM's Yoga meltdown. Hoping I can do that until knee is stronger. So frustrated after making the committment and sticking to it the first week!

    The first 8 days I did level 1, but I was starting to get bored. So: Day 9, Level 2 completed!

    Day 11, Level 2 Completed yesterday

    Cardio on level two makes level one feel like a piece of cake.

    Anyway i'm going to try to maintain both of them getting ready for level three. I don't even want to see that yet.

    Had to miss two days, now I'm back! Day 13, Day 3 of LEvel 2! I'm still sweating buckets!:laugh:

    Agree with previous poster - cardio is WAY harder in Level 2 b/c it requires you to use a lot more arm muscle in addition to leg strength.
