    Walked 3 miles in 46 minutes today! Unseasonably warm weather but we have a winter snow warning beginning at 10:00 this evening through Tuesday afternoon. Looks like I might be back to the DVDs tomorrow.

    Hell yes! I'm back from Holidays today and I still have one wek before I have to go back to work. This is just the butt kicking I need to get back on the wagon with a vengence!

    Love it guys! Camera, I think that's a good idea. Although I'm not sure how long everyone has the ability to edit. I think it's only an hour or so.

    2/1 - Zumba 60 minutes, brisk walk (to and from Zumba) 15 minutes. Total 75 minutes.

    It feels so good to be exercising again. I've got to shift the 3lbs I've managed to put on over Christmas! :huh:

    1/1 - I didn't get to REALLY workout but I did some SERIOUS cleaning/scrubbing/taking down christmas decorations/etc (and I absolutely count it....as light :tongue: )

    1 hour approximately of cleaning
    15 min - leg extensions
    = 75 min total

    An hour of riding and grooming horses - haven't done this for years and it will feel awful tomorrow, but it was such fun... Cheers to the horses and to my friend who invited me :)
