Hi Everyone, Haven't done one of these challenges in a while. Glad to do this one!
1/1 - Nothing (lol, rest day)
1/2 - 25 minutes (30DS, L1)

Cant figure out how to edit...can anybody help? in the meantime:
1/1 - 20 min walk, 15 min ping pong, 50 min strength/sculpt class, 20 min bike = 105!!!
1/2 - 15 min treadmill interval, 15 minute 3.5 on treadmill, 20 min walk, 15 min pingpong = 65 for day 2
Total to date = 170 min0 -

Just wondering whether or not to count cleaning as part of this exercise challenge? I worked hard for an hour and even moved furniture around to hoover behind it. What do you all think?
2/1 - Zumba 60 minutes, brisk walk (to and from Zumba) 15 minutes. Total 75 minutes.
3/1 - Cleaning (including moving furniture and hoovering) 60 minutes.
