I don''t own a scale but I would like to be part of the challenge and hopefully get some motivation from all that are in the group. I have had my eight glasses of water and hopefully will be able to get in to see my family doctor sometime in march, at which point I will make sure to get weighed, in hopes that I have lost a few pounds.0

I would like to try this challenge When I weighed in last friday I was at 135, Im about 30 pounds from what I want to be... Im only 5 foot tall so I still have a ways to go... It would be awesome to lose 10 pounds this month if I can, Good luck Everybody!!0
