I was pleasantly surprised at the scale, considering I had a yo-yo of a week. My walking regime was set back due to a monster snow storm on Monday which left all sidewalks treacherous, and a wild cougar is roaming around town in the evenings, so that hinders my after supper walks with my dog. One day I was up 3 lbs., two days later, I was down 5. A little crazy, but two lbs./week is right on track. Can't wait to get out of the 190's. So close! Great job everybody!0 -

TOTM + sick + not enough sleep. I've still been eating well and exercising, so it should come down in a few days. I've really cleaned up my eating in the past few days and have been watching my sugar and eating more vegetables. I think I'll have a good loss next week.
