I've done cardio every day as well as 30DS and have lost NO WEIGHT.
But I feel good. Just need to stay away from the peanut butter and pistachios!0 -

Thats a bit better than last week! I need to lose 1.3lbs by Monday to reach my birthday goal of 20lbs, It's just about do-able!!

Well, looks like I've been dropping a pound a week so far. I'll take it!!! I will try "shocking" my body next week by trying something different. Haven't exercised as much as I should, but have made decent food choices. I'm making a goal to exercise at least one hour a day everyday next week and hope that gets me out of my exercise slump.
