Lynn, that workout was very tough! about half way through I checked to be sure it said 3 sets of 30 reps....Yep, that's what it said :noway: anyway I got through it, and for the extra 5 minutes I did 3 planks for 90 seconds each with 30 seconds rest. I got in 14 miles (7 challenge miles) on the bike. Sundance I am envious of your new mower! :bigsmile: We hope to get a zero turn when the mower we have now gives out, have fun!0

My abs are not happy this morning! Yestetday's challenge complete. My calorie burn for M,W&F is 1,310. Max push-ups were 20 and crunches in 5 min. were 203. I didn''t get any miles in yesterday between coaching, play practice, schooling & the Ab-torture session. I wish I knew how many miles I spent running around playing Sharkss & Minnows with my 6-7 !yo soccer kids. Lol! Have a peaceful day!0

Friday challenge complete! Add 145 more calories burned...volleyball!! Total for MWF is 1455 calories burned! I sneezed at the hair salon & thought my abs were gonna explode!

Stretched and did 30 minutes on the elliptical, added to 4 hours of gardening I burned 1136 calories. Have a great weekend everyone!0

Thanks for the workout yesterday, I think I needed something simpler.

I completed today's challenge. I loved those videos. I did the recent one, but got a kick out of the 80's one! So, funny to look back at the style and all!

Did the booty shakin' workout ...so fun! But, parts I don't move very often will be sore tomorrow:laugh: Wore the pedometer when I was working in the yard and got in 5 miles! surprised me, must be because I kept forgetting tools etc,. and had to go back a lot.:grumble:0

This challenge is what keeps me moving and makes me push myself. Even if sometimes the workouts are too difficult for me.

I have been horrible on here this week. Very sorry ladies... I started reading the Fifty Shades of Grey trilogy last friday and it has consumed me. I have read it every free waking hour... I have it bad. to the point I want to reread all of them (there is 3 and I read all three in less then 8 full days. . .) I will reread them but I let my friend have them and she is just starting book 2, and we have 2 other friends waiting to read them so it will be a while... which is good cause I have to get back to the real world... If you can't tell I recommend them,, i just had no self control with them...
I am at 150.2 today and Thurs: my abs still feel it, some of them I did halfa** but I was not feeling it... (stupid book). 1.30 mile
