Not having the knowledge of putting an exercise plan in place to follow. I go to the gym and do cardio but I need instructions on what to do to build muscle.

Mmmm... Reese's. My biggest health vice that I skip several meals and snack on sweets throughout the day. Even though my caloric intake is low I'm pretty much surviving on junk food.

I think I've been making good progress but commitment to a steady work out routine is needed. I just ran my first half marathon so I think I'm getting better about prioritizing training/working out.

I need more weight training!! I tend to stick to cardio. When I go to the gym, I can't stand waiting around for machines and weight benches. It is so much easier to jump on a treadmill for an hour
