LESS Alcohol ~ September 2025 ~ One Day at a Time
🌟 Do You Want to Drink LESS? 🌟 "Less" can mean a lot of different things—and that's the beauty of it. Turn “Dry January” (or July, or any…

Stress keeps the weight off
Trying to gain weight. I'm 5'1" 100 lbs and I rarely go above 103 lbs. Stressful situations have caused lack of hunger, then causes lack of energy to work out. Anytime I gain, I'm so glad. But if stress pops up in my life, it's back down almost immediately. What do you do to induce hunger or motivation during stress?

Who prefers the old food diary
I got a message on FB from MFP re: the reverting to the old format of the food diary is temporary while they work on a bug… Who prefers the old format ?? New and Nervous
Hello. I joined this app mostly to track my eating habits and to try to increase my fiber intake. I’m 34 and found out I have benign (but precancerous) colon polyps. So I’m trying not to see that as an eventual death sentence but rather a needed lifestyle change. While I do try to buy organic I also don’t skip the drive…
