Yesterday was not a good day
The day before, I was about 900 calories. I did two stationary bike rides and lifted weights, so I was not under eating. Yesterday, I did not exercise. I wanted something sweet and I was hungry. My entire life I struggled with gaining or maintaining weight...up until 3 years ago. For 46 years I could eat anything I wanted and wouldn't go over 120 lbs.
