I am in great shape at 64 years of age; however, I want to maintain my emotional, mental and physical fitness. As I avoid aches and pains through aging, my personal goals are to:
• increase flexibility,
• improve cardiovascular function,
• increase muscular strength,
• and, to rock on for many years.
Ultimately, it's not what you attain but what you become. Ciao.
