Keto Newbies! (Cravings are fat cells BEGGING)

Hey!! :) I am very new to Keto and all I can think about are fries and gummy bears. So I’m resolved that this is the fat cells way of begging for mercy. The image in my head is making me laugh. So how did you hold out long enough to see real change?

    I know this is generally frowned upon, but I weigh myself every day. I only eat one meal a day, and I have a lot of weight to lose, so my weight drops almost every day. Seeing the weight fall off motivates me so much to just keep going! Also, after a week or so, the cravings disappear and it gets so much easier.
