Glp1
Hi all Anyone new to the Glp1 journey. I started by joining a clinical trial to get it. It’s a shame Medicare won’t pay for it. Anyway would love to hear about anything to do with using tirzepitide. First week was rough, just took second shot and praying no violent sickness this time

My Wegovy Journey
I started Wegovy back in February of this year and so far I am very pleased. The scale moves at a gradual pace - down 23 lbs - but can see a difference with my body. I have lost 1-1/2” off my hips and 1” on my waist. The most positive thing that I am noticing is with my eating habits. Fruits and salads set better for me in…

I have started taking Ozempic. I also started going to the gym. In 25 days in, and already lost 10 lbs. I am lbs 297 and 5'10. My goal is to reach 185 in 16 months. I would love to hear your stories on ozempic. How much weight did you lose? What did you do (apps, gym, logging, fasting....etc .)? Any tips? Thanks

New here and looking for friends
Hi everyone! I've been on here for a week and I'm enjoying it. But it would be much more fun with friends! In particular, people over 50 who are going through the same life changes I am. But all are welcome! I am currently on Mounjaro for medical reasons. Come and join me and we can do this together!

Hello! 👋
61 year old 2 1/2 months into my weight loss journey. Down 42 lbs. I have medical issues that always stalled weight loss so I began taking GLP 1/GIP Trizapatide shots. It's been a life changing experience. Some think that this is the so-called easy way, but the truth is that you absolutely have to do the work. I cut out…

Exercise membership companies adding GLP1s (Ozempic, Wegovy, etc) into their plans/memberships?
Hi fitness pals, I've been hearing a bunch about membership exercise-focused companies (ex. Weight Watchers) introducing GLP1 Receptor Agonist drugs (Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound, etc) into their routines and pairing them with memberships and things like that. Has anyone heard of/seen/experienced this?

FDA approves GLP1 drug Wegovy for heart disease risk reduction
It looks like there are even more benefits to GLP1 drugs (ozempic, wegovy, etc)... I wonder if the shortages will get even worse than they are now. https://glp1.guide/content/news-fda-approves-wegovy-for-reducing-heart-risk/

Weight loss with GLP-1
Hi everyone! I have started my weight loss journey using a GLP-1 because I tried everything else, and nothing has helped. I am disabled due to chronic back pain. Also tried everything there too, including surgery to try and deal with the daily and severe pain. (About 8/10 without Kratom). I wanted to see if there is anyone…

Almost a Year In--Ozempic Journey so far
Warning, this will be long. But I have so much to talk about. Today, 7weeks before I hit the 1 year mark of starting Oz, I finally hit the 50lbs down mark! I thought I would be more emotional about it. And, while I know others have lost at a much faster clip, I am very happy with this slow progress. It's been 45 weeks and…
