Open Water Swims and/or Triathlon???
I decided this week that next summer (2017 ha) I'm going to do a Women's Sprint Triathlon in a town near me. I'm not worried about the swim distance as it's only 375m. But, open water swimming and swimming with all those bodies around me will be unfamiliar territory. I know it's a long long way off. But does anyone have…

Back in the pool
Hello, I got back in the pool today for the first time in 15-20 years. It's a little bit of a drive for me, but worth it. So excited to be back. I just enjoy it for fitness, never a competitive swimmer or anything like that. I did 12 laps today which I was pleased with. Lots of breaks, but I don't mind. I'll look into…
Is swimming as effortless as walking for you?
Just thought I'd check in with all you more experienced swimmers! I hear swimming can be just like walking where you just glide through the water, but only if you're relaxed enough and have proper form! Have you all found this to be the case?
