Hey all, I really want my diary to be accurate but I am a bit lost when it comes to know how many calories I burn during an insanity workout. Any tips? Thanks in advance

This is the Day 15 test, I didn't have the DVD so never got the pre-Insanity one in. Switch Kicks: 43 Power Jacks: 29 Power Knees: 67 Power Jumps: 14 Globe Jumps: 6 (haha) Suicide Jumps: 9 Push-Up Jacks (cannot do due to shoulder injury) HIGH plank obliques: 34 (also cannot do low planks due to shoulder)

So i completed my fit test today. and boy was it tough. i like the fact i was sweating like crazy but its a bit rough on the knees.. So hows everyone doing with their workout?
