I am back
I am back! I was all into my work, but something hit me and I looked at myself in the mirror. I saw all the hard work I was letting slip away! I weighed myself for motivation and it worked! 21 pounds gone since June! Now the holidays are coming, but I am ready! Who is with me? Lol. We can do it together!

12 pounds gone!
I have lost 12 pounds so far from June 23th to July 23! I am excited and looking forward to weigh in on August 23!
