Finished weeks 1-4 and I have to say, I'm quite pleased with the program. It was hard in week 2, and first part of week 3 but really started to feel the strength after that. I began week 4 and am noticing more tone through my arms and thighs, and feeling slimmer in my sides and butt. Definitely a good thing since swim suit…

feeling really good. started week 2 yesterday and found i had alot better time than the last time. my flexibility has increased and that made some of the strength exercises easier. i kept up the pace with the cardio too, which i had a hard time with before. i think my diet is definitely helping this time around too. legs…

I've tried and really like the ripped in 30 dvd. I'm into week 1 again, and this time my diet is definitely alot cleaner. Hopefully I can make it all the way to week 4.
