Finished weeks 1-4 and I have to say, I'm quite pleased with the program. It was hard in week 2, and first part of week 3 but really started to feel the strength after that. I've tried and really like the ripped in 30 dvd. I'm into week 1 again, and this time my diet is definitely alot cleaner. Hopefully I can make it all the way to week 4.
