i am Jessica I am new here. The struggle is real . GERD is has been kicking my butt for a long time . It's tricky to find foods that are ok for your stomach and won't make you gain weight . When I have a bad GERD day I usually turn to chicken pot pie or rice. Not exactly health food.

Does anyone else get the urge to eat all the time because of their GERD? I always feel like the pain in my stomach is hunger, but I know I'm not hungry because I just ate.
