Well Feb. sucked for me..only lost 2lbs.. but I know what I did wrong and have fixed.. starting weight for March is 200.0 lbs..
New month... Got down to 202 last month then ate out twice!! so haven't lost anymore but did lost 4 inches since last measurements. For February I hope to hit onederland in the next 2 weeks. I will be happy if I that is all I do for Feb. okay I am lying..LOL...
