Rest day for me today! I enjoy it to some extent, but it's weird. And it is tough not to have the freedom to eat a little bit more.

Good morning everyone! Day 4 for me, cardio recovery. It reminded me of yoga a lot. My muscles hurt but my heart really recovered. I logged it as yoga. I needed this today! I woke up and felt so sore!
Day 3 for me! I'm tired but almost looking forward to tomorrow. I'm starting to get shin splints, I'm afraid, but that's not going to stop me. How are you doing today?
