Staying on course, I am trailing behind & just completed Max interval Circuit. Tomorrow, I will do Cardio Balance & Max Recovery. I am so thrilled next week is our last week. Max Plyometrics done. I had no desire to do this workout this morning but I can honestly say I pushed through it better than I ever had. I did much better with the pogo and side pushups. Max Interval Circuit done!!! Boy my shoulders. I don't know how I got through it after having bootcamp last night. But it does seem to get easier.

I can't believe we are in week 2 of month 2. Max Cardio done and I think I did much better. I had sweat dripping off my body. My legs and arms are crying right now. Hopefully I can survive boot camp tonight.

Today is rest day. I went for a 3 mile run. Body felt stronger. I think Insanity is helping with my endurance.

I completed Max Interval Plyometrics this morning. My energy level was low but I was able to do better in the different moves; well all except the power pushups and pogos. I did much better with the side pushups. I'm so glad week 1 is complete.

Well this is the second time doing Max Interval Circuit and I must say I did better than I did on Monday. Its such a good workout and I found myself talking out loud to push through it. Good luck, we are almost finished week 1 of month 2.

I must say I really liked today's workout. Max Recovery is like doing Yoga Shaun T style. I needed this after doing the other 3 workouts and I had boot camp last night. I was sweating alot because of all the plank work. Good Luck today everyone.
