Missed a few days!
So...... I missed a few days this week, and pigged out as it was my birthday :( I feel so bad for it too. What Changes have you noticed if the first week?
I love to see changes or feel changes soon. It keeps me motivated. I havent seen any changes in the weight category, which i expected with building strength and i know my muscles retain water in the beginning. Total Body Circuit kicked my butt!
Wow, so I was a little concerned that Cardio seemed a little too easy, compared to P90X. Then Speed 1.0 kicked it up a notch. Total Body Circuit kicked my BUTT!!! Not only did I modify most of it, but I was even standing there just panting at times. :D But, DAY 3 DONE! :) How did everyone else do?
