I recall learning from my Team in Training leaders that you must stretch a muscle for over 10 seconds, 15-20 at least or its just a tease. On 30DS, she stops about 3 secs for some stretches. I just wanted to see if anyone else was doing the stretching for longer? I have not been exercising except dog walking for months and…
For those thinking this is too much I just wanted to say that I did feel a little better when I got out of bed on the third day. I thought I was going to die during the second workout, but I pushed through and feel better today. My thighs still hurt, but I am better!
Can anyone give me some ideas on good cardio workouts? I normally use the treadmill for about 45-60 minutes. I can't run for very long so it's mostly walking. But the treadmill can get boring! Thanks in advance :happy:
Do we want to do Before/ After pics, measurements, weight??? Do we want to do a weekly check in or just wait till the end of the event to show the results. I am up for anything... :happy:
