37 week (or 270 days) till June 1st
I just did the math (read: google search, lol) and realized that its only 37 weeks till June 1st. Not so bad eh? NSV - 7 days of good decisions
It might not seem like much, but the last 7 days have been the longest stretch in years where I can look back at my eating and exercise decisions and not regret any of them. It makes me feel really confident that I can actually do this!
