Very glad to hear that I'm not alone. I went to the gym today and I started feeling very light headed. I had pushed myself to finish my weight training session but I was unable to do cardio. How long did it take before you stopped feeling the effects?

less than 1000? Are you serious? I was eating less than 1000 calories at one point and now i struggle with a binging disorder because of the low calorie restriction i was doing for 6 months. Seriously you should be eating no less than 1490 calories a day. Anything less than that is just setting yourself up to fail.

Hi Karen. I had started binging 5 months ago due to the serve low Calorie diet that I was on for 6 months. I totally understand how you feel and just know that your not alOne. Thank you! This was a really helpful comment! I actually did ended up counting the food I had ate as only half. My anxiety had actually gotten better when I re ate after I threw up and got some rest. Thank you!

Thank you so much this comment was really helpful. Mainly cause i always thought when you throw up food you throw up all of the calories also. Lol learned something new:)
