Hello myfitnesspals. Recently I have been using the iifym diet and it's really been helping with my binging. Today I went to this pizza place next to my house and ordered a personal 8-inch full meat pizza. I asked them how many calories were in it and they laughed and said that they don't keep count. So my question is , how many calories would you guess that's in this pizza? Idk why but I think it's around 1440 calories but I think that may be a lil too much. What do you guys think?     what i did at my local store was ask them to weigh everything for me and write it down. They have to keep track of how much goes in everything to keep costs the same anyway. Then i put them in as a recipe and i have it for whenever i get a pizza craving. maybe try that next time?

    Maybe compare to a personal meat lover's pizza at a chain restaurant? Estimation is a thing to get used to if you eat out at local restaurants.
