    It was a Spinach egg roll. And the sweat and sour chicken was 8oz.

    I don't think photos have very many calories, mostly fiber anyhow. :)

    1400 is probably about right...but again, if it's just some generic take away and some generic entry it's hard to say.

    Just add 1400. Everything is going to be a rough estimate. Just log it and carry on.
