I love Stubb's anytime sauce: green chili, sweet black pepper, sriracha. Lawry's has some decent marinades that I use as sauce. I have tried and liked: Sweet Asian BBQ, Santa Fe Chili, Mediterranean Herb, Teriyaki. Salsa, hot sauce, balsamic vinegar are also tasty low calorie additions.

My blood pressure is on the lower side of normal as well - 100/60. I also try to keep my sodium levels a little higher. I usually have a few pickles a day and break out the salt shaker.

What an amazing thread! I have a flatter tummy time of the month. It is for a few days after my period has ended. Right now I am about 1-2 days pre-period and it is when I am most bloated. You mention that you are on a waiting list for a doctor. Did you tell them your height and weight? Is possible to go to an urgent care clinic instead of waiting? Have you made any changes since you last posted? How many calories are you eating now? Did you stop running?

I think a reasonable suggestion would be to talk to your doctor about this. You are saying you are under 76 lbs? If you were 76 lbs that would put your BMI at 14.4 - that is severely underweight. I think you need to stop all exercise until you have been cleared by a doctor.

I love cold brew. It is so easy to make - and it is very smooth. I use dark roast coffee and let it "brew" in the fridge for 24 hours. You can make a large batch and store it for about a week in a sealed container in the fridge. I rarely drink it cold - I just microwave a cup of coffee and it tastes fantastic!

I don't really find it odd to eat 5-6 lbs. in one sitting. I can really put it away. I could easily fit 4 lbs. of food in my belly and not feel stuffed. I believe @pinggolfer96 posted a pic of a huge salad several pages back.

I do those and love it...but kinda hate it too! Shoulder work is very fatiguing while doing it but I seem to recover from it the fastest.
