  • My favorites for super high volume and are cucumber, pickles, strawberries, watermelon, honeydew melon, cantaloupe. Some other lower calorie items that also make an appearance in my diet are fudgesicles, yasso bars, popcorn, plain cheerios, an microwaved apple chopped up and sprinkled with cinnamon.

  • I was peaking at your diary. You could try swapping out the fresh fruit for dried fruit and nuts. They are calorie dense. I personally would avoid potatoes and beans because they are very filling to me. You could also just have smaller portions of veggies and maybe a little extra of whatever you find to be not filling.
  • I have tried the green giant cauliflower tots - which are a bit better calorie wise. 110 calories for 6 tots. I thought they were decent but probably would not buy them again unless they were on sale.

  • I also keep changing my mind as well! I was thinking to swap to maintenance for a tiny bit. Then I dropped some hormone weight and a little extra it is pretty motivating! So far this week compliance has been a breeze. I am pretty sure next week I will flip back!
  • I thought the flavor went well with the lemon - and keeps the lemon from being too strong. It also keeps the cake moist!
