I don't eat back. Doesn't seem much point based on the effort. I only trust my Garmin 920XT record of calories burned for activities like running and swimming. it worked for me 60lb loss in 4 months.

Although exercise seems hard, it will probably do more to make you feel better (stronger) both inside and out. Walk, Swim or Run (especially running). it will also speed up the weight loss process. I don't see any downside.

I've found with Chocolate or sweet things that you can still have a little and if taken slowly can come close to fixing the craving. For me they have those little Milky Bar Bars at 66 calories each or 2 pieces of dark chocolate. 62% cocoa. Works for me anyway.

yes its been broken for a couple of weeks now. So manual sync from Garmin Connect is the way to get it to sync.

Drink water, lots of water, especially 20 mins before eating a meal. You will feel fuller while keeping hydrated.

The body will change when its ready. I ignore MFP and set my calories at a max of 1700 per day and try and keep it under 1400 real world. I try to eat highly nutritious food often (every 4 hours). I drink lots of water. I do 900 cals of exercise (that I don't eat back) 6 out of 7 days. The exercise is a 5k run and 1mile…
