I love the Atkins Day Break Chocolate Crisp Bar (I am in Australia though) it's exactly 100 Calories and I keep one in my bag always in case I get stuck out and about. Goes great with black coffee0

I would suggest a tin of weightwatchers Tuna in tomato and herb dressing (80 cals) and a Tesco (other supermarkets exist!!) Florette leafy bistro salad (24 cals) with a diet drink of your choice (2 cals typical).
And for those asking why - anyone, like me, on the 5/2 Fast diet needs to limit their calories on fasting days to between 400 and 500 cals - so a 100 calorie meal is necessary!!0 -
Its pretty miserable if you have to micromanage down to 100. Go and do 30 minutes exercise or take a walk for 150-300 extra.0

999tigger - if you are following the 5/2 diet then exercise is not taken into account. You eat a healthy diet (typically 1800 to 2000 calories for a man) on 5 days a week then one quarter of that for 2 non-consecutive days. Some people do this by eating 2 meals of approx 200/250 calories. I prefer 150 for breakfast, 100 for lunch and 250 for evening meal.
I've lost 17lb in 7 weeks so I would say it is working for me. I only use MyFitmesspal to log calories and get suggestions for meals0 -
