Honestly I wasn't motivated until I had people telling me how great I looked and that they could tell I was slimmer. Until then I forced myself to workout everyday. Now I'm in love with running and it's just kind of a habit.

I was up 4 lbs, I'm hoping it goes quickly. It freaked me out a bit

I do somewhat of the opposite. I count and I guess kind of fast 5-6 days out of the week and then have 1-2 days of more relaxed eating but keeping it still pretty controlled. I know some people love it and have success but that is only if they don't eat whatever on the days they don't fast and still keep it healthy

I ate pretty well at dinner, pretty sensible and stuff but when it came to dessert I totally let go and now I feel so sick and guilty. I'm glad I'm not the only one. At least I ran a 5k today haha. air popped popcorn or I'll put my greek yogurt in the freezer for about 30 minutes and when you take it out it has the consistency of frozen yogurt so I don't miss ice cream at all!

I don't need the approval of others any more. I've gone from a girl who hated running up and down the soccer field to running 6 miles for fun. I'm a lot happier than I have been in years and I'm starting to feel pretty for the first time in my life.

Thank you everyone! This really helped a lot. I really like the whole pre planning idea. I run about 6 miles 2-3 days a week and 4 miles 3 days a week so I think that I'll just make sure when we eat out it is a 6 mile day. Thanks again everyone! x
