I’ve been on MFP for a while, but this is my first challenge. It sounds like a fun way to motivate myself. Happy October everyone! October Start Weight: 250lbs October Goal Weight: 244lbs Ultimate Goal Weight: 160lbs October 1: 250lbs October 8: October 15: October 22: October 29: October 31:

Remember, you don't have to be perfect. Don't beat yourself up when you backslide. Also, half the battle is perseverance and not giving up. Pick one thing and start back to work.

Great to know. Thanks for doing this experiment. I'd always wondered too.

I'm excited to see all of the people onboard. I think we all realize that 100 is a big goal, but it is just that...a goal. When I started back up on MFP I decided that two pounds per week was a reasonable goal. Then it dawned on me that after a year, that would be around 100 pounds. With that being said, I would be happy…

I just started back this week and reset my numbers to lose two pounds per week. I need to lose 100lbs too. I would love to be part of this group:)
