You need calories otherwise you're more likely to have binge sessions try 1200-1400 calories as it is easier and enough to fuel your body and still lose a lot of weight :smile:

And skip the entree and platter of bread at the start as calories add up. If you get dessert share it with someone or skip the dessert.

Soups are my go-to as they are low calorie and healthy or I'll have grilled chicken/fish with vegetables/salad. When going to restaurants always ask for dressings on the side coz a lot of them are calorie ladden.

I live in Australia and we don't celebrate Halloween or Thanksgiving. On Christmas, my birthday and Easter (celebrated more in Australia) I let the diet go also being on 1200 net calories diet my appetite has shrunk so it's not like I'm binging majorly.

I'd suggest a diet 1200-1400 calories to get to your goal :)

Hey I'm on a 1200 calorie per day thing but one day of the week I allow myself to have 1500 calories I find this works for me and I find it suits me and I will continue this :)

Try eating 2500 calories and fill up on vegetables more

At your height I'd suggest changing your calorie allowance to 1500 calories per day as it is enough to keep you full if you eat the right stuff. Plus then your calorie deficit will increase and you'll loose more. Onto your Diary Instead of flavoured instant oats I'd suggest plain oats as they add heaps of crap in the ones…

1.5 a week is good but if you want you could lower your calorie allowance by 100 and maybe that would work for you

I started at 53 kg/117 lbs but in the past three months lost 6 kgs/ 13lbs. I started out kind of skinny fat btw I'm 18 and am 5'3"/ 163 cm but have a small frame. I am now 47kg/104 lbs :smile:

Try having a cheat meal once a week instead of a treat day that way you don't binge and stuff up your progress

I'd say no listen to what your body needs if it's not hungry then don't eat wait until you are hungry. :)

How is it hard seriously you just need to push yourself to eat healthy cut back on alcohol (so many empty cals) and effing junk food. Just suck it up seriously!!!!! nope take into account that subway dressing are calorie ladden like 200 calories if they put it on + oil on food you'd probs be on 1200 calories

You are probably in denial about how much you're really eating + your portions could be too big measure everything out. Watch out for what you put on salads leave out calorie ladden dressing try balsamic vinegar and take away cheese and croutons if you eat any. Btw I'm 5'3 too and 103 lbs (I'm 18 though). I have 1/33 cup of oatmeal, 2/3 cups of milk cooked on stove when it starts to thicken I add cinnamon and 1 tbsp of no sugar,salt organic peanut butter. It tastes amazing and fills you up and if u want you can add blueberries

Yeah that's great it may not be for everyone but it works for me and like I said I allow myself it 10 days in the year :) makes it more special when I do have it.

Drink 2 glasses of water sometimes we mistake dehydration for hunger then wait 20 min if hungry still eat a small bowl of oatmeal with 1/3 cup of oats and 2/3 cups of milk

I'm sick at the moment and haven't eaten at all in the past 2 days however I'm staying hydrated with 6 glasses of water and 2 cups of green tea. Btw starvation mode is *kitten* my mum's a dietician and said you don't actually go into starvation mode until you get to a really low body fat index and that takes over 3 weeks…
