Hi, summer is a lot easier although I really look forward to winter.. I love taking the dog for a walk when its freezing cold and my fave time to go out running is when it's raining as it's so much more refreshing... Ok I understand I may be in the minority but there is method to the madness lol honest! :smiley:

Dinner is my largest meal.. I have 300 breakfast, 400 lunch, 500 dinner and 200 for snacks. This works better for me as I never get hungry and I'm not fussed on eating too much in the mornings.

Hi, I'm not an expert but weight loss is different for everyone. I tend to lose weight every other day lol Maybe weight yourself once a week in the morning before you eat. Either way your going in the right direction so keep up the great work :smile:
