    I can't be proud....I've lost zero pounds this week. In fact, I have lost any weight at all in about about 80 weeks or more....

    Oh, wait, that's 'cause I'm in maintenance! :D Seriously, I am proud of myself for maintaining in the same weight range for this long because this is the first time (1) I've been at a weight that was not considered overweight and (2) I have maintained any weight for this long.

    Keep up your good work, Hayley, keep that forward momentum! Good job!

    Nothing yet! Why is it that I'm not losing for 4-5 days and suddenly the next day I'm 1-2 pounds lighter? Shouldn't we lose every day a little?

    Hi, I'm not an expert but weight loss is different for everyone. I tend to lose weight every other day lol

    Maybe weight yourself once a week in the morning before you eat. Either way your going in the right direction so keep up the great work :smile:
