I can't be proud....I've lost zero pounds this week. In fact, I have lost any weight at all in about about 80 weeks or more....
Oh, wait, that's 'cause I'm in maintenance! Seriously, I am proud of myself for maintaining in the same weight range for this long because this is the first time (1) I've been at a weight that was not considered overweight and (2) I have maintained any weight for this long.
Keep up your good work, Hayley, keep that forward momentum! Good job!

Hi, I'm not an expert but weight loss is different for everyone. I tend to lose weight every other day lol
Maybe weight yourself once a week in the morning before you eat. Either way your going in the right direction so keep up the great work
