Hi everyone, I'm very happy with the way my weight loss has been going. I have lost 3lbs this week so far. I'm on a 1400 kcal diet (300 breakfast, 400 lunch, 500 dinner and 200 for snacks) I am quite active so no doubt that's helping. Anyone else would like to share their progress? Please feel free x

Lol know the feeling... You'll do great! Just envision a smaller number on the scale and stay positive it really does help. Plus of course the effort you put into it.0 -

Congratulations on your loss and thank you! I've lost 30lbs so far but I don't think I'll ever lose that "OH GOD, NOT AGAIN" feeling every time weigh day comes around! Haha0 -

I have a pretty regular pattern these days. I lose weight on Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday, then I gain a little bit of weight (300-500 grams) on Monday and remain there for the rest of the week ... and the next Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday, I lose again.
It's a generally downward trend, and I have lost 20 kg in the last 7 months, but if you just pick a week out of the midst, it might not look too promising.
However, if we're counting from last Thursday, then I lost 0.5 kg last weekend.

Nothing this week, or actually, I think 1lb but I don't expect anything else. I lose on average 1lb per week, some weeks none, some weeks more than 1lb. It's not a competition or about losing as much as I can as fast as I can. I'm all about optimum body composition so that means losing slow and steady.0

Your right it's certainly not a competition. My post is really about being proud of your acheivments and everyone will reach theirs differently and at there own pace. Which is how it should be0 -

I'm just starting out...and I am officially down 14.7 pounds in almost 4 weeks (which is now starting to slow, I started at 245). This is my first time successfully losing and I want to SHOUT it from the roof tops!!!!! Almost 15 pounds, gone forever. And this is just the beginning...I feel amazing!0

I went up 0.2lbs but I am not unhappy about that. I didn't have a good weekend and think it could have been a whole lot worse! I am back on track and feel great:)0

Zero, but I had a long weekend in Michigan with friends and didn't gain!0
-
I've lost 2 lbs0

I don't track by the week, and am not particularly fond of being "loud & proud."0

I'm down 6 lbs this week - but I only started 2 weeks ago - I just started to go to the gym this week, the rest was going for a walk in the morning.
272 -> 266 = not lots, but still happy with the direction its going!0 -

I can't be proud....I've lost zero pounds this week. In fact, I have lost any weight at all in about about 80 weeks or more....
Oh, wait, that's 'cause I'm in maintenance! Seriously, I am proud of myself for maintaining in the same weight range for this long because this is the first time (1) I've been at a weight that was not considered overweight and (2) I have maintained any weight for this long.
Keep up your good work, Hayley, keep that forward momentum! Good job!0 -
