Runner girl in need of some motivational friends

Hello,

I am 25/f/uk, i've previously lost over 40lbs using MFP but i'm back to lose that last bit which will be my lowest ever weight of my adult life. Now that i'm back my friends list has taken a bit of a hit to say the least haha.

I run 5 times a week, take part in a lot of events and I am currently training for a marathon so exercise isn't a problem for me.

I am currently 73.7kg (11:06 stone) which has crept up over Christmas and I want to get down to 63kg in order to be at a good weight for my race by May. My intake is 1300 a day minimum with exercise calories eaten back.

Please add me if you feel you have similar goals or interests

Hey - I'm 27/f/uk, I started at 77kg and now at 63kg, which was my original goal and the lowest weight of my adult life (which I never thought was possible to get to woopwoop!). I'm now aiming for 60kg just because I'm still carrying a bit of excess weight in certain areas (I'm quite short, 5'4) and I'm in between dress sizes at the moment which is quite frustrating!

I also run 5 times a week (4 if I'm doing some other activity on the 5th day), I never had a gym membership throughout this period of weight loss as it just didn't suit my lifestyle. I mostly run with my dog, we do short fast distances during the week and a longer run at the weekend, we also sometimes compete in parkruns and trail races (with him harnessed to me). I am contemplating a half marathon this year so if you can manage a full marathon, maybe you can give me some tips!

My intake was around 1300 calories a day previously but is now 1440 as not too much left to go, both with most exercise calories eaten back. My biggest problem was overeating i.e. portion sizes too big and too many sweet treats. I still have those issues, just on a slightly smaller scale (I eat one chocolate bar now instead of three!), logging helps me feel more accountable.

I'll send you an add!
