Which is your biggest meal?

I try to space out meals to avoid hunger, but it seams like I need to snack up till lunch. Which seams to be my biggest meal. I work out in the early morning.

Had 1000 of my 1800 calories as pancakes today so that was fun0

my biggest meal is my lunch_0

Hardly any time to eat at breakfast or lunch (I'm a teacher) so dinner is the big meal for me.0
-
Evening meal.0
-
Dinner!! I can handle a light breakfast and decent lunch but I like that big meal to end the day.0
-
Depends on the day and how hungry I am. Usually, everything is spread out pretty evenly.0
-
Always dinner for me. I don't eat breakfast, usually have a moderate sized lunch (600-900 calories), and a big dinner (1000-1300 calories).0
-
Sometimes my biggest meal, 800-900, is my breakfast, but most often my breakfast and lunch are about the same with dinner being the lowest0
-
I eat throughout the day, but usually over half of my calories are dinner and dessert0
-
Dinner is my large meal. Usually around 50% of my calorie intake0
-
Dinner is my largest meal.. I have 300 breakfast, 400 lunch, 500 dinner and 200 for snacks. This works better for me as I never get hungry and I'm not fussed on eating too much in the mornings.0
-
My biggest meal would be my evening snacks 700 calories then dinner then lunch then breakfast should maybe try and change that0
-
I am doing IF. My big/only meal is around six p.m. Then I have a snack later.0
-
Calorie wise my meals are pretty even. Dinner is the largest in terms of size.0
-
Dinner for me, my breakfast is around 250 cal, lunch 300 cal, dinner around 550 cal then the rest as snacks or drinks.0
-
Dinner. Usually is 500-600 calories, unless I have soup (which I always do the night before weigh in, haha). Soup is around 350 calories or less.0
-
Both of them are about the same.0
-
I eat the same thing for every meal. Chicken and broccoli0

I have found that having my meals about evenly weighted with calories gives me the best result. I do'nt work at it though. But if i don't eat enough for breakfast, i will want lunch early.0
-
Dinner.. anywhere from 800-1000 cals usually0

Dinner needs some work without a doubt.0
-
it depends, but *USUALLY* lunch0

Usually dinner is the biggest for me, because it's usually the meal I don't eat alone. I eat a tiny breakfast, a moderate sized lunch at work, and then dinner at home with my fiancee.0
-
Dinner. The hubs does most of the cooking so I try to leave as many calories as I can for what he makes for dinner.0
-
Lunch for me because I go to work at 5am and work out after work. I was always starving after working out so I uped my calories for lunch so I could make it thru to dinner0
-
I get 1,600 calories so I spend 400 for breakfast, 160 on my first snack, 140 on my second (I don't eat a traditional lunch), 500 for dinner, and 400 for snack - so my biggest meal would definitely be later in the day since that's about 900 calories within a few hour time frame! I need a bigger meal at night to help me unwind and maintain my sanity through the next day!0

450-500 cals of oatmeal or chicken/veg for breakfast. Usually 5 hours later I'll finish my calories off at 1-2pm in a huge meal. This has been surprisingly effective for me the last week or two. No food cravings and I feel very satisfied.0

Usually dinner is my biggest meal0
