Good morning and happy May 1st! I broke even for April 15AF/15A days. Planning for somewhat similar results this month. I’d like to drop a few pounds by months end, so really need to curb the mindless snacking throughout the day! Have a great day, week & month everyone! 🙋🏻♀️

What are your recommendations for a 49yr old peri-menopausal, low bone density, lactose intolerant woman who’s active (exercises 6 days/week including running and body weight strength training) eats a healthy diet but cannot lose the new 8 pounds I found! Also, what supplements do you recommend?

March can march on out of here, and take the pollen with it!😄. Looking to do better next month (& without family visits, rodeo, anniversary, etc. it should be!)! A days: 14 AF days: 13 so far & planning AF rest of this month (so should be 16 total) Thanks for the encouragement this month🙋🏻♀️

Good morning, Well I knew March would be much different than February due to the rodeo and family visiting, and sure enough, I’m at 4 AF/ 5 A days (although one of those days I had only 3 sips of a margarita when trying to make them taste right for the family, but still counting it as an A day). ☹️

I’m late on my weekly posting🙃. I will say it’s much easier to abstain from wine since my husband is joining me on the less alcohol this month. But I’m finding that I do think about it more often than I do when I’m not abstaining; but I do that with anything I “give up” when dieting or when we do the Daniel Fast every year…
