Kaj848 Thursday Weigh-in PW: 159.2 CW: 156.8 Posting a few days late…because this week has been so busy! Work is crazy. But it’s also been so busy that I haven’t had time to snack and I’ve been at work so early that I’m going to bed before I even have time for my night snacking. Seems to be working for weight loss!

Kaj848 Week 4 PW: 164.2 CW: 161.8 Yay! I have been stuck at 163/164 for awhile so it’s nice to finally get past those numbers. I did better-not perfect but better-with my night snacking and it obviously made a difference. Continuing to run 3x/week and this week I was able to do a 5k with no stopping. Happy with progress…

My exercise is good, my daytime eating is fine…but snacking at night has been a huge problem lately. Making a goal this week to completely cut that out!
