Well done! You were pretty before, but the weight loss really makes your eyes stand out.

I just added you, mwilsonjk. You can do this!

What an accomplishment! Thanks for sharing.

I'm joining too! SW: 185 lbs CW: 155.5 lbs GW for August: 149 lbs GW: 125 lbs? I think this is just what I need to cross the threshold from obese to just overweight and then to get into the 140's. Good luck, everyone!

Congratulations! Your face is totally different now and your eyes sparkle.

I like kelp noodles. I use them in Asian-based recipes but would not use the as a sub for traditional pasta.

I feel almost vain writing this, but I'm excited that after a 30 lb loss I actually look good in a pair of skinny jeans. I thought I'd have to wear bootleg forever because skinny jeans used to make me look from the waist down like an upside down triangle.

My jawline is back. It's nice to see clavicles, but I'm more excited by my jawline. I had no idea it had disappeared until it reemerged.

You look fantastic. Well done!

Cilantro lime cauiflower rice and paleo crockpot barbacoa on a tortilla made from coconut flour. Oh, and coffee with Bailey's because i felt like having a Saturday morning treat.

I have two mini goals -- 5 more lbs until I'm overweight and not obese. I hope to achieve that by the end of this month. The second mini goal is to move into the 140's. That's 9 more lbs. I hope to achieve that by the end of August. Here's wishing everyone luck on both their mini and long term goals!

Instead of berries with whipped cream, I do a vanilla cashew cream sauce on top of berries that's pretty good. Soak a cup of cashews for 8 hours; then throw cashews in blender with 1 teaspoon vanilla, maple syrup to taste (i usually use 1/8 - 1/4 cup), and 2 T of water.

Thanks for posting as your story is very inspiring. I love your after picture and how carefree you look! It's so great you figured out a plan that works for you and is sustainable. Good job!

Congratulations! Losing the weight is tough -- I hear keeping it off is even harder. You should be proud of yourself.

What a great post! Reading about your journey and your increased confidence and happiness makes me smile. Well done!

What a huge difference! Your hard work certainly shows.

Congratulations! That is no small feat!

I am 5 feet tall and started out at 185, wearing (really, stuffing myself) into size 10 stretchy pants. I've dropped 27.5 lbs and now those stretchy pants actually fit, but I still haven't lost a size. I wore L and XL tops (depending on the brand) and now those all look way too big. I'm still not comfortable wearing…

Hi - I was doing 16K a day up until I rolled my ankle in May. My ankle isn't fully healed, but I'm doing lots of small walks. I started at 10K last week and am doing 11K this week. Hopefully, each week I can add 1000 more until I get back to 16K. Anyone, feel free to add me too. My fitbit email is chonkeymeese@gmail.com.

Great job! You should be very proud of yourself because you look great!

Would you be willing to share your homemade vegtable bibimbap recipe?
-
Yup. I fall into that category.

You look amazing! One of the best transformations I've seen on MFP.

A combination of things have made me less than stellar with my eating habits (about 300-400 calories over each day for the past 3 days): 1) I hurt my ankle so I can't get my usual exercise in; 2) I met with a nutritionist who so restricted my diet (no dairy/no gluten/no red meat/nothing processes or packaged, including…
