  • Way to go everyone! I have fallen off the bandwagon this week. My husband was traveling, so didn’t have him here to help me and found myself exhausted from navigating everything thing myself on crutches. Just getting food was a challenge, and found myself forgetting to log it. So here is to doing better!

  • @barbiecat - thank you, hope I can maintain the same positive attitude as your friend. @Okiewoman510 - I am a curly hair girl as well. I love Deva’s products to help manage my curls. Like you I typically use my fingers and scrunch, unless I get ambitious and decide to blow out and straighten it.
  • Bad luck on my restart. Had a bad fall sprained my ankle and broke my fibula last night. UGHH! Was on such a good role with my diet and exercise. Am still tracking my food, but weigh ins will be a challenge and workouts off the table for now. Though hobbling around on crutches is its own kind of workout.

  • You can do it! I just restarted calorie counting this week and am already down 3 lbs. Though they say 1.5-2lbs a week is a good steady, realistic and healthy goal so you aren’t far off. It is just a matter of staying focused on calories and staying active. I am trying to lose 10lbs by Oct 12th bringing me down under 190 to…

  • Back again myself, recommitting to calorie counting and getting myself off the couch more. Work from home and do way too much sitting, which has cause me hip flexor issues. • 55, trying to lose 63 lbs. Recommitted this week to counting calories and getting control of my stress/emotional eating. Over the past 5 years, have moved across states twice, taken on a new job, and managed thru the challenge of aging parents and grieving their passing. On the flip side 3 yrs ago I discovered a sport that…
