I agree emotionally with your username.

I'm going to make better results than this from now on.

Ha! "Boob job"!

You look amazing! What an inspiration! Way to go!
-
You refused! That's some dedication! What are you at now?

I forgot to add this to reinforce my "Eat Your Proper Calories" statement.
-
Woah! That's progress!

What I'm about to tell you will sound so absurd that you might ignore my advice, but trust me. This definitely works for anyone. #1 Check the real amount of calories that you need to maintain weight on bmr-calculator.net 2# Subtract 700 calories from the maintenance calories (Make sure it doesn't go lower than 1200 for…

Do resistance training for shredding! If you're worried about gaining muscle, just remember, your body needs a LOT of protein to build bigger muscles. If you control your protein intake, you'll be left with a more compact, solid, lean body! And ladies, you won't get a man's physique since you don't have enough testosterone…

I broke through my plateau and now eat 1900 calories instead of my usual 1600 calories. Wright lifting also brought a huge change, combined with HIIT, it's super effective! Though, the 5:2 diet literally kills me since I do hardcore exercises 6 days a week and can't go through the day with just 600-700 calories. I'll make…

Try "Good Carbs" like brown rice, whole wheat bread, oats, almonds (basically nuts since they have healthy fats which, in studies, proved to not make you gain fat or bloatness no matter the amount, that is, if you within your caloric goal), fish (preferably tuna), Almond drinks, and any green vegetables. Stay away from…

Drink till your piss is clear, they say.

K. How much do you drink?
-
6-9 cups of water
-
Brush your teeth to kill your unwanted appetite.

I wish many of my friends would realize that getting slimmer and being healthier is a much better experience than staying overweight and eating their favourite junk. Good job! And good luck!
-
Try the 5:2 diet. It'll help a lot! Make sure to sustain proper nutrition during 5:2 Intermittent Fasting. Best of luck!

Thanks for your advice!

What olive oil, etc? How do I know how much I need to put on certain foods? What works best for you? (The patty thing can come in handy)

Finally, someone understands the psychological issue. And so, I'll leave a 100 cal estimate and change it accordingly.

Thanks for the tip. I am learning to cook. The best I can do SO FAR is cook rice, boil eggs, make steamed vegetables, and that's about it. Cooking meat is hard, so it'll take me time to learn how. I've never the recipe feature before. It sounds useful.

There are certain circumstances that won't allow me to cook the meals. You wouldn't understand since its personal. However, concerning my weight loss goals, I'm probably shorter than you, and weigh less than you (140 lbs), that probably explains why my calorie intake is lower than yours. My BMR is calculated at the…

I don't count those as the BMR automatically does it for me.

I love your answer, I can use an advice like that. About the cooking. I'm an 18 year old student with siblings. I cannot force my mother to weigh everything as that will increase the work load burden on her. As for the food choices, I choose to eat the healthiest choices on the table. If I could, I would choose the dinners…

I wish I can be like you, but I'm not my own cook and I can't change that fact. I'd rather do my method since I have an option to quick add any number of calories I desire. Thanks for your comment!

I'm 5 '6 male and height has never concerned me at all.
-
Lol, that was my approximate estimate of how much a sperm cell weighs. It might have been a bad joke.

Way to go!

I'm in the same boat as you. Recently, I learned of Intermittent Fasting. Try the famous 5:2 IF. I'm currently ill and can't start yet. Maybe you can share your results if you do decide to try it? You can search more of 5:2 IF (Intermittent Fasting) on google to understand it's concept. Hope it helps!
