I think you have early extension. Hips have moved forward towards the ball as you turned. Youtube (especially Peter Finch) have some great drills to fix early extension.

@sardelsa Of course! Your blog is great. Its easy to get in great shape when you have lots of time. Way more amazing when there are kids in the picture. Tea without milk or sugar should be 0 calories. Just have to account for the milk and sugar that you put into each cup. I went through the same thing with coffee and tea in the past. Leaned to drink coffee black and tea plain.

I have 4 and I think the best advice is to just spend time with them. It is hard to remember but my kids are happiest when I make sure my phone is away, TV is off and I am just wrestling or running around with them. You got this. Have fun with it! Good luck

Easy to say that in the middle of the day. Hard to remember that at 3am haha. The cuddles are nice though. Today my youngest turns 1. Shes starting to give hugs on purpose and lots of kisses.
